Residual humidity
We measure humidity to prevent corrosion and ensure gas stability during use.
Gaseous contaminants
We measure concentrations of O2, CO, NO, NO2, as required by EU Regulation 231/2012.
Hydrocarbon residues
We verify the presence of hydrocarbons that could contaminate food and alter its organoleptic qualities.
All analyses are carried out with UNI methods and calibrated instrumentation, according to good laboratory practices.
At the end of the tests, a test report will be issued indicating the nitrogen purity and any measured impurities.
LIMIT VALUES DEFINED BY EU REGULATION 231/2012
Below are the analyzed parameters with their respective maximum limits allowed for nitrogen used in the food industry:

Conformity verification is carried out in reference to European Regulation 231/2012, which establishes the specifications of food additives listed in Annexes II and III of Regulation EC No. 1333/2008.
